Welcome to Vox Atra (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of voxatra.art (the “Site”), as well as any purchases, digital products, creative services, or other offerings obtained through Vox Atra.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, downloading digital content, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products and services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases, commission services, or enter into agreements through this Site.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you have the legal ability to enter into a purchase agreement;
  • all information provided is accurate and complete; and
  • you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
2. Products, Services & Sales Channels

Vox Atra offers creative works and services through several fulfillment channels.

Direct Website Purchases

Products and services purchased through voxatra.art may include:

  • original artwork
  • handcrafted curiosities
  • digital artwork and downloads
  • personalized digital readings
  • other creative offerings
Third-Party Marketplaces

Some Vox Atra products may also be available through external platforms.

Purchases made through these platforms are subject to the policies, terms, and buyer protections of the applicable marketplace.

This includes:

  • eBay listings and auctions
  • Amazon KDP books and ebooks
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, writing, designs, photographs, logos, digital assets, and written content created by Vox Atra remain the intellectual property of Vox Atra unless otherwise stated in writing.

Purchasing a physical item or digital product does not transfer copyright ownership.

Digital downloads and purchased artwork are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Without written permission from Vox Atra, you may not:

  • reproduce or redistribute our work;
  • sell copies or derivative products;
  • use artwork for commercial purposes;
  • claim ownership or authorship;
  • upload, mint, or distribute our work as NFTs or similar digital assets.
4. Digital Products & Personalized Services
Digital Downloads

Digital products are provided “as-is.”

Due to differences in screens, monitors, printers, and materials, slight variations between digital previews and physical prints may occur.

Once a digital file has been accessed, delivered, or made available for download, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

Personalized Digital Readings

Personalized readings are custom-created services involving time, creative work, and individualized preparation.

All readings are provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight purposes only. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Once work has begun or the completed reading has been delivered, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

5. Physical Goods, Shipping & Returns

Shipping, delivery, returns, customs, and damage claims are governed by our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

By purchasing physical goods, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control;
  • international buyers are responsible for applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges;
  • damage claims may require verification, documentation, and in some cases physical inspection of the item and packaging before resolution.
6. Payments, Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal.

To protect our customers and our studio:

  • orders are shipped only to the verified address provided during checkout;
  • payment information must be accurate and authorized;
  • we may request additional information when necessary to verify an order.

Vox Atra reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to:

  • suspected fraudulent activity;
  • unauthorized payment use;
  • pricing or inventory errors;
  • repeated policy violations;
  • abusive or threatening behavior;
  • misuse of our intellectual property;
  • activity that may harm our studio or customers.

We reserve the right to refuse future purchases or services to individuals involved in fraudulent claims, abuse of policies, or dishonest activity.

7. Claims, Disputes & Chargebacks

We will make a reasonable effort to resolve concerns directly and fairly.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Vox Atra may provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including:

  • order information;
  • purchase records;
  • communication history;
  • shipping and tracking records;
  • delivery confirmation;
  • digital delivery records.

Fraudulent or knowingly false claims, including false claims regarding delivery status, item condition, or unauthorized transactions, may be contested.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site, its content, products, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox Atra is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by shipping carriers;
  • customs delays;
  • misuse of products;
  • reliance on personal interpretations or creative services;
  • indirect or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product or service involved.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Vox Atra harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from:

  • your violation of these Terms;
  • unauthorized use of Vox Atra intellectual property;
  • misuse of our Site or services;
  • fraudulent activity connected to your account or purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

Any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be handled according to applicable courts located within Washington State.
